Anusha Bazaz is Group Head of People & Talent at Pivotal in the London Area, United Kingdom, where she has been working since February 2026, leading HR and talent strategy for the UK�s mortgage and protection advice provider backed by LSL and Pollen Street Capital, managing people operations across a nationwide network of more than 1,000 employees and multiple advisory brands. Previously she spent nearly ten years at Russell Reynolds Associates from November 2015 to December 2025 in London as Consultant in the Global Technology Sector, advising boards and C-suite leaders on digital technology leadership, executive hiring and succession planning with a focus on digital innovation. Earlier she worked at Gartner in Gurgaon from May 2013 to October 2015 as Data Analyst in Customer Experience, contributing to analytics tools and executive insights for Fortune 500 clients.
