Antony Beaumont is Managing Director in the CEO and Board Services Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in Melbourne, Australia, where he has been working since 2013, focusing on board of director and CEO succession assignments including assessment, benchmarking, executive search, coaching and leadership development for listed, private equity, state-owned, family-owned and not-for-profit organizations across Australia, New Zealand and international markets. He has been with Russell Reynolds Associates since 1998, previously serving as Regional Leader Asia Pacific and India from 2007 to 2013 and Country Manager Australia from 2005 to 2009. Prior to his current leadership roles, he worked as Consultant and Partner within the firm delivering executive search and advisory assignments across multiple sectors. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he was Vice President and Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Proudfoot Consulting from 1995 to 1998, where he led strategy and operational transformation projects across industrial, energy, mining, telecommunications, financial services and consumer industries. Earlier, he served as an officer in the British Army for five years. He holds a BA Honours from Durham University and completed training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
