Antonio Noguera is Director of Executive Search for Investment Banking and Private Equity practices. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BBVA. He then moved to the United States to work as a Financial Analyst at Royal 4 Systems. In 2018, he returned to Spain, where he began his career in executive search. For the past few years, he has held various positions at two local firms, always within the Investment Banking and Private Equity practice. Over the last six years, Antonio has participated in executive search projects in Spain and the United Kingdom, offering his expertise as a consultant to the Banking and Investment Funds sector, both nationally and internationally. Antonio has helped design growth strategies for investment banking teams involved in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, equity, debt, and special situations funds. He has advised various private equity firms on fundraising and divestment processes, helping them grow their investment teams and select the best professionals for their portfolio companies. Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid. In addition to Spanish, his native language, he is fluent in English and Italian.
