Annick has a proven record in leadership roles, sales, marketing and human resources. She has an extensive experience in the executive search industry, mainly in Tech and Banking. She started her professional career with Xerox, where she grew to the level of Sales Director Belgium for the Financial and Professional Services Industry. After a 4 years journey as HR Manager with Mobistar at start-up stage, now Orange, she returned to Xerox, where she acted as a Global Account General Manager and later as their Country Director Enterprise Marketing Services. In 2011, she moved into Executive Search and became Managing Partner of Inexa. After more than 7 years, she went in-house and became for ING the Executive Recruiter and Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant for all leadership and senior management BE NE positions in Brussels. Annick obtained a Master Degree in Roman Languages and speaks Dutch, French, English, German and Italian. She is a self-steering personality with passion, team and company spirit, always driven through focus on diversion and inclusion throughout her career.
