Anne De Landsheer is the Founder and Managing Director of PEAK LIFECYCLES HR, where she leads global talent management and executive search initiatives across Europe and the United States, focusing on the �Care� markets including pharmaceuticals, health technology, medical devices, and consumer sectors. With over 15 years of experience in executive search and talent management, she advises organizations on recruiting and retaining C-level executives, board members, and senior leaders across various stages of growth and transformation. She also serves as Co-Chair and Life Sciences Practice Leader at Cornerstone International Group and holds advisory board roles at REGEnLIFE and Rosetta Omics. Prior to founding PEAK LIFECYCLES HR in 2013, Anne was Life Sciences Practice Leader at Korn Ferry Futurestep, where she led international recruitment and talent management initiatives. She brings earlier experience in the pharmaceutical industry and holds a master�s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Social Psychology from UMass Boston, along with an MBA from ESCP Business School.
