Anne Comer is a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, based in Toronto, where she focuses on leadership consulting, coaching, and organizational culture transformation. She previously spent over nine years at Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company, serving as Vice President and Senior Consultant, delivering culture-shaping programs for Fortune 500 and mid-cap organizations. Anne also founded COMERXCHANGE, where she designed and led customized workshops and coached teams to build resilient and change-adaptive organizations. Earlier in her career, she spent 16 years at Manulife Financial in a range of human resources and operations roles, including AVP Human Resources, where she led initiatives in organizational design, talent management, performance transformation, and executive coaching. She began her career in teaching, spending over a decade instructing English and business communication across colleges in Canada and internationally. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University and is trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching through CRR Global.
