Anna Penfold is a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates based in London, where she leads the firm�s HR Capability globally and the Leadership Consulting team across EMEAI. She specializes in recruiting, assessing, and developing HR leaders and teams across all industry sectors worldwide, with a particular focus on talent management and international HR leadership. With over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership consultancy, Anna has delivered projects spanning senior search, leadership assessment and development, interim management resourcing, and private equity-related management referencing. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2016, she served as Client Partner in the Global HR Practice and Head of the UK HR Practice at Korn Ferry. Earlier in her career, she worked at Odgers Ray & Berndtson in research and consulting roles within the HR practice. Anna holds an MA in Postcolonial and Commonwealth Literature and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from the University of Leeds.
