Prior to joining Boyden in 2023, Anna spent over 12 years at Odgers Berndtson, where she held several leadership positions including Head of Research for Southeast Asia and Senior Associate for Global Industrial Markets in Singapore. During her tenure there, she was instrumental in mapping out global search strategies for both established multinationals and high-growth start-ups. Her early career includes experience in leadership consulting business support at Heidrick & Struggles in Singapore and over a decade in senior management at Servcorp. Anna is recognized for her deep expertise in identifying top-tier talent across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
