Anjali Singhania is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Nautilus Research and Advisory LLP in Mumbai. She has over 14 years of experience across executive search and media planning, specializing in the consumer, retail, and media sectors. Prior to founding Nautilus in 2025, she served as a Partner at Accord India, a member of the global AltoPartners alliance, where she advised Indian and global companies on building effective leadership teams. Her executive search career also includes leading searches for FyneHand Partners and serving as a Principal Consultant at Stanton Chase and RGF Management Search. Anjali began her professional journey in the media industry, working as a Business Manager at Mindshare and a Senior Media Planner at Grey Worldwide, where she developed media strategies for major clients in the banking and FMCG sectors. She holds a BA (H) in Economics from Delhi University and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing & Communications from Amity University.
