Anita Wingrove is a Managing Director and the Global Development Capability Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates in Melbourne. With over twenty years of business and human resources experience across Asia, she specializes in senior leadership reviews, CEO succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Anita previously served as a Director for Shelford Girls' Grammar and spent nearly 13 years at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where she held roles as Senior Client Partner and Managing Director of ASEAN/Hong Kong Leadership and Talent Consulting. Earlier in her career, she was the Director of WorkingMinds Pty Ltd, a consulting practice focused on positive organizational scholarship. Her background also includes significant leadership roles at ANZ, where she served as Head of People Capital for Retail Banking and Head of Human Resources for Global Transaction Services.
