She has been frequently published on topics such as the future of work and digital talent, and has been a frequent contributor to the McKinsey Quarterly and McKinsey.com in particular. She was the co-founder of a healthcare startup in the field of regenerative medicine, working toward better disease management and prevention of osteoarthritis. Angelika earned a diploma in psychology as well as a Ph.D. in human biology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
