Based in the Cologne Bonn Region, she works with a broad client base ranging from start-ups and mid-sized organizations to large global corporations, focusing on sourcing candidates for executive and key management roles while acting as a strategic advisor to address critical business needs. Within Signium, she has held multiple leadership roles, including Chair and Vice Chair of the Global Board and Managing Partner with global practice leadership responsibilities. Prior to her career in executive search, she worked in the media sector at a major German TV broadcasting company and as an editor in publishing. Angela holds a graduate degree in German and English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Cologne.
