About Ms. Storhaug Grondahl
Ane is a Nordic based, global Executive Search Consultant identifying & selecting top performing leaders together with colleagues cross borders. She works predominantly with clients extracting, producing, refining, or recycling resources critical for human existence. Her clients range from startups backed by PE looking to scale, up till publicly traded companies. She holds a BA in Occupational Psychology from the University of Bergen. Ane is a Norwegian resident living in Bergen on the West Coast of Norway with her family. She takes a keen interest in outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and hunting as well as volunteer engagement in their local community.
