Andriana is a Partner at KPMG with over 16 years of experience in the audit services sector. She has participated in many and complex audits of listed companies on the Athens Stock Exchange and non-listed companies including local and international groups operating in Greece and abroad. During her career she has worked extensively in the sectors of Consumer Products and Retail, Technology companies, Pharmaceutical companies, Broadcasting, Gaming and Insurance companies. Andriana also participates in assurance work related to share capital increases of listed companies and bond issues in Greece and performs pre-agreed upon procedures and assurance audits based on regulatory requirements. She has participated in many assurance projects related to the assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system as well as audits of investment projects for approval of loan financing by the TAA. Andriana participates in educational programs regarding IFRS and International Auditing Standards.
