Andreas has a global outlook and strong experience in servicing both local and international companies with complex value chains and different ownership structures at both executive and senior leadership level. Furthermore, Andreas has significant experience from filling senior commercial roles across a wide range of industries. Andreas likes to stay close to the projects and the business and has vast experience working with clients in the Food Industry, FMCG Industry, Energy Industry, Construction Industry, Packaging Industry, Chemical Processing, Textile/Fashion Industry and more general Industry. Before joining Mercuri Urval, Andreas was Partner at a well established local Executive Search-company. Andreas has an international background (German and English heritage) and holds a Master’s degree specialising in Strategy, Organisations and Leadership. Andreas has a huge passion for sports and has competed at elite level in both squash and cricket, while also serving the Danish Squash Federation as Assistant National Coach earlier on in his career. Andreas speaks Danish and English fluently and understands and speaks German.
