Andre Pimenta is a Partner at Boyden, where he leverages nearly 30 years of management consulting experience to inform his executive search work for private equity, fintechs, and financial institutions. Prior to Boyden, he was the Founder and Investor at Go to Partners and spent over seven years at Mastercard Data & Services, most recently serving as the Head of Client Services for the USA Northeast region in New York. During his tenure at Mastercard, he also held the role of Global Head of FI Strategy and Product Development, where he led strategic transformation and innovation in areas such as open banking and consumer engagement. Previously, Andre spent a decade at MasterCard Advisors, serving as the Head of Consulting Services for Latin America and as a Business Development Director for the Southern Cone. His early career includes various leadership roles in strategy consulting across South America. Andre holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and studied at Funda��o Getulio Vargas.
