Anders Fridlund joined TRANSEARCH Sweden in August 2025. He specialises in executive search across Industry, Business & Professional Services, Consumer & Retail, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications. With over 30 years of international business experience and a strong senior leadership track record, Anders brings expertise in growth, restructuring, continuous improvement, turnarounds, mergers, innovation, and building successful management teams. He has held roles as CEO, Vice President, Director and Founder—both in Sweden and internationally, including expatriate assignments. He is trained in corporate governance and active on non-executive boards, with a solid understanding of the dynamic between board and executive leadership. Alongside his work at TRANSEARCH, Anders remains engaged in advisory work and supports the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation. He has held senior positions in global companies including Ericsson, Sony Ericsson and Tetra Pak, leading large organisations through complex market conditions. He also founded a start-up, gained experience in fundraising, and helped launch an impact investment company for the Childhood Cancer Foundation. Anders holds an Executive MBA and a diploma in Corporate Governance from Executive Foundation Lund and studied at Lund University.
