Ana Fresno Macian is a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles� Madrid office, where she is a member of the global Consumer and Chief Human Resources Officers practices. With over 11 years at the firm, she specializes in executive-level search engagements for the consumer and retail sectors across Europe and Africa, while also serving as a specialist for the Human Resources function. In addition to her consulting work, she is a Member of the Faculty at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, teaching the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition module. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Ana spent nearly six years at IQVIA, where she served as Senior Recruiter EMEA and European Recruiter for the Southern Europe Cluster, managing specialized recruitment for the pharmaceutical industry across Italy and Iberia. Her early career includes Human Resources traineeships at Michael Page and with the America's Cup organization in the Valencian Community. Ana holds a Licenciatura en Administraci�n y Direcci�n de Empresas from Universitat Polit�cnica de Val�ncia and an MBA from IE Business School.
