Amy Jupp is an Edinburgh-based associate for WittKieffer, with an emphasis in the life sciences and higher education sectors in the European market. Amy joined the firm in 2021 as a research associate and became a search consultant in 2023. She has successfully partnered with major and start-up pharmaceutical, biotechnology and digital health companies, as well as various leading academic institutions. With her strong academic background in health geography, she maintains a global perspective on the health and life sciences sector. Amy believes in building close, trusting relationships with clients in order to support their long-term leadership needs. She collaborates with colleagues to support the full range of executive search services. Amy graduated from the University of St. Andrews with a first-class degree in geography, during which she conducted qualitative research on chronic autoimmune disease. Her sub-disciplinary interest evolved alongside modules including HIV/AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa, life-course approaches to health, and geographies of diversity and inequality. Her holistic knowledge of both sector and geographical context benefits WittKieffer’s global scale of search supporting organizations that improve the quality of life.
