Amanda Worthington is the Global Managing Partner of the Consumer Markets Practice at Heidrick & Struggles in Chicago, United States. During her tenure of over ten years at the firm, she has advanced through numerous leadership roles, previously serving as the Managing Partner of the Consumer Practice for the Americas, Co-Managing Partner of the Global Consumer Products Sector, Partner, and Principal. In these capacities, she has provided integrated leadership solutions, culture shaping, and senior-level executive search services to top organizations globally. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she spent seven years at Boyden global executive search in the Greater Chicago Area, where she progressed from an Associate to Principal and ultimately Managing Partner, specializing in high-level executive search, interim management, and human capital consulting. Earlier in her career, she served as the Past President of the Loyola University Chicago GOLD Board.
