Having started her career at MU in 2011, Alice Guisgand worked in Brussels, and Sao Paulo and has been based in Geneva since 2016. She has been mainly active on Executive Search and Assessment Centers' assignments and since 2015, she has also initiated an exciting path towards Business Coaching. Her area of focus lies in Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Public Sector. Prior to joining MU, Alice worked as a Recruitment Manager for a fast-growing SAP Consulting firm. Before that, she started her career in Sales as a Jr Key Account Manager at AB Inbev. She always enjoyed the fast pace and pragmatic business environments, where she could bring direct value to her partners. Passionate about subjects such as self-governance and collaboration between different generations, Alice has the chance to occasionally facilitate workshops on subjects such as: strengthening trust in order to better work together, Vision-Mission-Values, as well as everything that relates to leadership. In 2024, she led a post-merger integration project for a French multinational Group and its companies based in Switzerland. Alice holds a Master's in Business Administration from ICHEC Brussels and a Master in General Management from Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School
