Under the lead of Louis-François du Castillon, Marie Evrard, Sofie Heremans and Lars Raedschelders, I mainly assist companies and associations with their statutory issues (corporate governance). I am also involved in M&A matters (consisting of structuring, due diligence, share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, management agreements) and private equity. I have a bilingual academic background as I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the Université de Namur (UNamur) and a Master’s degree in Economic Law and International Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KULeuven). I am a native French speaker and fluent in English and Dutch.
