Dr. Alexander Roitinger works closely with clients across industries to tailor comprehensive leadership solutions. He brings many years of experience in succession planning, searching for, assessing, and coaching Executive and Non-Executive Board members. Technology-related assignments are one of his passions. Based in Zurich, he leverages a broad, international background in management, strategy consulting, and academia. Alexander joined Russell Reynolds Associates from SIX, a financial technology and data provider, where he was a Managing Director. He also worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. across various sectors. He began his career as a researcher and lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), from where he earned a master's degree and doctorate in economics. Alexander is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds several certifications for leadership assessment from internationally recognized organizations. He speaks German, English, and French.
