Alexander Mora is a consultant at MU since 2025. He is a member of the Financial Services Practice in the MU Main Office in Frankfurt, Germany. He is focused on Executive Search mandates within the Financial Services sector, especially the Asset Management sector. Before joining MU he worked as Managing Partner with the AESC-accredited Executive Search firm in Germany heading the Financial Services Practice. Prio to entering Executive Search and Leadership Advisory he accumulated over 15 years experience in Corporate Strategy, M&A and Risk Management in the Banking and Asset Management industry. Alexander graduated from Harvard and London Business School with degrees in Finance and General Management. He is also a CFA, FRM and PRM Charterholder as well as a Certified ESG Analyst.
