Alex originally started out working at Sheffield as a psychometric administrator. She spent a number of years working in London as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Banking and more recently as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Project Lead at New Zealand’s largest Insurer. Alex has built up expertise in all aspects of senior and executive recruitment, change leadership and project management in the People Experience space.
