Alexey is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, responsible for the development of our Financial Services Practice in Ukraine. He works on executive search assignments on behalf of leading commercial banks, investment companies and private equity funds. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Alexey was the head of HR at leading investment bank. He was responsible for forming teams within the investment banking, asset management and securities trading industries. Previously, Alexey worked for the largest real estate developer in Ukraine as a talent acquisition manager. Alexey graduated from Kiev National Economic University with a Master's degree in International Investment Management.
