Albert Climent is the Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley office at Spencer Stuart, where he leads the semiconductor and hardware practice and serves as a key member of the firm�s CEO and Board Practices. With more than 20 years of international leadership experience, he specializes in domestic and international executive assignments, including CEO, CFO, and COO roles. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2005, Albert was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Service, and Support at Celerity, a TPG company. He previously served as Vice President and General Manager at Read-Rite/Western Digital and held management positions in engineering and manufacturing at Amdahl Corporation/Fujitsu. Albert has also led several entrepreneurial ventures and is a recipient of the firm�s Lou Rieger Quality award for distinctive client service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Saint Mary�s College of California. Albert is fluent in both English and Spanish.
