Aileen Glennon is the Head of Operations at Signium in Ireland, a leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm. With over 16 years of experience at the firm, she oversees the operational frameworks that support the identification, development, and retention of leadership talent for CEOs and boards. She previously served as the Support Services Coordinator at Signium, where she facilitated senior management recruitment services across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe. Prior to joining Signium, Aileen spent four years as the Team Leader for Legal at IFG Group and nine years as a Call-Centre Supervisor at Harte-Hanks, Inc. Her early career and education focused on marketing and business development within international contexts. Aileen holds a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing and Languages from the Waterford Institute of Technology and completed her Leaving Certificate at Loreto Secondary School, Kilkenny.
