Agnes Mink has been with Mercuri Urval Austria since 2007. She focuses on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory within the CEE Region, being Team Director for Austria, Hungary & CEE. She is a specialist in attracting and selecting the right people for her clients. She operates within the Financial Services, as well as Automotive and Consumer Sectors and Industrial Products & Manufacturing. Besides Executive Search Agnes prepares organisations and people for future success through Business Coaching (ICF certified Coach), Talent Management and Organisational Development. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Agnes gained professional experience as a Senior Advisor at KPMG Advisory in Budapest, Hungary. Before that, she was an Advisor at the National Bank of Hungary and Business Development Manager CEE at Philips Hungary. Member of ICF (International Coach Federation), ICF certified Coach. Agnes graduated at the University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration in Budapest (MSc), with her Master's in Economics & Marketing. She has a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Studies (ELTE University, Faculty of Law, Budapest). Agnes is fluent in Hungarian, English, German and French.
