He is also the Regional Head – APAC for Panorama Search, a community of over 20 large Boutique Executive Search Firms across the globe. Agam has been instrumental in transforming Executive Access’s Financial Services practice and with his strategic direction, the practice registered stupendous growth consistently, becoming the largest within the Firm and one of the most marquee ones within the Industry. He works very closely with some of the largest Banks, Conglomerates, Private Equity, Financial Institutions and Family-Owned businesses on a wide range of Leadership matters including Executive Search, Succession Planning, Market Intelligence, Leadership Advisory & Coaching and Professionalisation of Family-owned businesses. Over the years, he has successfully led over 300 high-impact engagements, delivering strategic insights that have shaped leadership across industries. A commerce graduate from Delhi University, Agam earned his MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai. Outside of work, he is an avid reader, sports enthusiast, tennis player, and fitness advocate.
