Adriana, graduated in Philosophy, has been with Mercuri Urval since 2000. In her role as Team Operations Coordinator at our Milan office, Adriana organises and administers our work with clients, candidates and partners. She assists our Team Leaders to manage the office, book and coordinate assignments, take care of back-office activities as well as support and administer client and market activities, ensuring the highest quality is upheld in our processes and way of working, in compliance with data protection regulations. Furthermore, Adriana collaborates with the Corporate Marketing and IT Departments, and is Super Users for corporate applications. Italian mother tongue, Adriana speaks English and Spanish fluently.
