Advancing through the firm over a decade-long tenure, she previously served as a Consultant, Senior Associate, and Associate, delivering full lifecycle recruitment, market research, and key account management across sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, chemicals, and FMCG. Prior to her extensive career at Stellar Search, she gained foundational human resources experience as an HR Intern at Intertek, focusing on talent acquisition. She began her professional career as a Process Executive at Infosys in Bengaluru. Abhinita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Amity University and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, following her early education at Patna Central School and Don Bosco Academy.
