Abby has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and a Post-Graduate degree in Organizational Human Development from the University Iberoamericana in Mexico. She is certified in studies of Human Resources as an Executive Research Consultant and has recently completed her certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University. Prior to joining Harbour West, Abby worked within the mining and financial sectors in product management and development. She has extensive experience in the corporate world, developing high-performance teams and speaking on topics such as Organizational Human Development in the financial sector in Mexico. Abby is always looking to grow people through coaching and mentoring at all levels. She takes pride in developing meaningful connections and building high-performance teams. Outside of Harbour West, Abby furthered her passion for holistic living. She graduated from the school of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York in 2019 and became a Certified Health Coach. Abby is happiest when connecting with people and making a difference in their careers. She is genuine, enthusiastic, and a lifelong learner.
