
The Vice President, Psychological Injury & Continuous Improvement will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in service delivery for gradual onset psychological injury, overseeing four psychological injury teams to ensure operational processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. They will monitor key metrics and emerging trends to exceed service goals and advance organizational objectives, while also championing psychologically safe workplaces through collaboration with stakeholders and health care partners. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience, a proven track record of continuous improvement and successful relationship building, and an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.Candidates with a masters degree in health, sciences, social sciences, business, public or health administration, along with an understanding of Canadian workers compensation legislation, will be preferred for this role. The VP will be responsible for continuously improving return-to-work outcomes and client satisfaction, ensuring that the organization is at the forefront of providing high-quality services. They will drive awareness and advocacy for psychological health, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
