Description

The VP of Marketing position requires a minimum of 15 years of Marketing and Leadership experience, with an MBA being required. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing annual business and marketing plans, establishing a long-term vision for the business, and managing the full P&L. They will also lead the commercialization of innovations, conduct business reviews, enhance brand awareness, and provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team. Collaboration with the client Leadership team, Sales team, and other cross-functional teams is essential, as well as leveraging consumer insights to inform strategy and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in product/brand management, with a Bachelor's degree required and experience in launching successful innovative products. They should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, as well as experience in FMCG/CPG marketing. Strong leadership skills, the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, and experience in organizational change management are also key qualifications. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package, with a hybrid work schedule and small relocation package provided if needed.
