The VP of Legumes R&D will be responsible for leading the strategic and global direction of Legume & Herb breeding and product delivery within the R&D function of our client. Reporting directly to the EVP/CSO, the role will involve managing tactical execution and operational oversight of all R&D activities located in the Oceania SBU. The VP will have 3-5 direct reports and will be expected to travel internationally up to six times a year to ensure the success of R&D activities.The role is based at the Kimihia Research site in Lincoln and is a key part of the R&D Executive Leadership Team, which includes the four VPs leading Forage Grasses, Legumes & Herbs, Turf, and Research. The team works together to deliver tailored proprietary products to the strategic business units and regional businesses of our client. The global R&D function is focused on identifying and delivering disruptive and innovative products to meet the business needs, ensuring a robust product development pipeline for future growth and value creation within the DLF Group.
