The client is seeking an International HR VP to lead the people and culture strategy for their international business, excluding China, in the Singapore office. This individual will report directly to the Group CHRO in China and work closely with the leadership team to drive HR transformation and oversee a high-performing people function. The ideal candidate will have at least 15-20 years of HR leadership experience in fast-paced, growing organizations, preferably within an entrepreneurial start-up culture.
The International HR VP will be responsible for shaping and developing the people strategy for the US, EU, ME, and APAC regions, and will serve as a trusted advisor to the international business leadership team. They will need to have a consultative and engaging personality, as well as a strong track record of operating in China HQ organizations that are scaling rapidly.
