
A top tier Chinese company is seeking an International HR VP based in Singapore to lead the people & culture strategy for their international business excluding China. Reporting to the Group CHRO in China, this individual will be responsible for driving HR transformation and overseeing a high performing people function. The ideal candidate will have at least 15-20 years of HR leadership experience, with a strong track record in fast-paced, growing organizations, ideally within an entrepreneurial start-up culture. Fluency in Mandarin is required for daily communication with China HQ.
The International HR VP will operate as a trusted adviser to the international business leadership team, influencing and partnering with the Group HQ. They will lead the People Strategy and manage a high performing HR team, ensuring a best in class HR service across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape and develop the people & culture strategy for the client's international operations, spanning the US, EU, ME, and APAC regions. Location: Singapore.
