The VP Customer Success and Delivery role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing customer operations and delivery teams to ensure successful product and service delivery, as well as ongoing customer support. The role involves developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, aligning delivery with the company's strategic goals, and monitoring delivery metrics for areas of improvement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a leadership role within a similar customer-focused position, experience in Cloud and SAAS solutions, and strong communication and reporting skills.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in representing a company at industry events, leading a customer delivery team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
