The client operates a waste-to-energy plant with an annual throughput of approximately 120,000 tons of waste, producing electricity and district heating. They are also involved in geothermal energy to expand their energy generation portfolio and contribute to supply security and climate protection. The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully managing such transformations, developing new business areas, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
The Vorstand will be responsible for both the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the company, overseeing around 80 employees.
