
The Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) is a key leadership position within the university, reporting directly to the provost. The VPEM is responsible for overseeing recruitment, undergraduate admissions, and financial aid operations, managing a team of over 70 staff and an annual budget of $7 million. Working closely with senior administration, the VPEM sets enrollment goals, leads recruitment efforts, and develops strategies for entering new markets while utilizing data to make informed decisions about financial aid.
