The client is a commercial stage domestic pharma with over 30 years of history and in-house R&D, production, and marketing. They are looking to enhance their pipeline in the kidney disease area and are seeking a Shanghai-based talent to lead the strategy and operations of the R&D Centre.
The ideal candidate will fulfill the company's mission and strategic objectives by advancing assets through pre-clinical and early clinical development. They will be responsible for formulating and supervising the innovation pipeline development for the client, with a focus on kidney medicines, female health, pediatric medicines, orthopedics medicines, dermatology, and other core areas. The Vice-President R&D will play a key role in leading the R&D Centre and driving innovation in the metabolic and chronic disease management space.
