The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the performance of 5 manufacturing plants, reporting directly to the CEO. This role will involve driving financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, program management, health and safety, and overall strategic direction. The VP of Operations will work closely with the Director of Operations and Plant Managers to drive daily improvements while also focusing on the bigger picture from a corporate level to drive process improvement and integration of newly acquired companies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field, along with 15+ years of experience in engineering, operations, and manufacturing. They should also have 5 years of senior leadership experience in operations and plant management with responsibility over multiple locations. Strong communication skills, a passion for team development, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously are also key qualifications for this role.
