
The Vice President of Transformation position for a global Private Equity fund involves partnering with the leadership team and Board of Directors to develop value creation strategies and business transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and executing operational playbooks, establishing KPIs to track progress, and driving cost optimization and efficiency improvements across various functions. The role also involves leading post-merger integration projects, developing strong stakeholder relationships, and leveraging data analytics to drive EBITDA growth and enhance the value of portfolio companies.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor/Masters Degree, around 15 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing, or portfolio operations, and a track record of success in driving operational efficiency and top-line growth. Strong stakeholder management skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and outstanding leadership and project management abilities are also required.
