The VP of Programs and Services will lead and represent all residential and community impact programming, overseeing the development and expansion of existing and new programs. They will set vision, leadership, and performance standards for the program team, making executive decisions in the absence of the President. The role involves supporting the President and Board of Directors, providing insight for strategic growth, and overseeing program metrics and staff updates. The VP will also provide director-level leadership, manage the program team, and ensure program growth, sustainability, and success through continuous improvement and innovation.Additionally, the VP will oversee residential program operations, campus activities, community impact initiatives, and communication with stakeholders. They will gather statistical data, manage budgets, and ensure the use of management software systems for data recording.
