The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for driving the HR strategy and operations for the client, making a significant impact on the organization. This role involves handling employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and more with strategic insight and hands-on leadership. The VP of HR will work closely with managers across locations, using communication skills and business savvy to shape the company culture and support its growth.
Key responsibilities include providing counsel to managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines, employment law, and union contracts. The VP of HR will also lead, develop, and coach the HR team, including performance management, and recommend best practices to maintain employment law compliance.
