The Vice President of Finance (VPF) will report directly to the President and collaborate closely with the senior leadership team of our client. One of the key responsibilities of the VPF is to work in partnership with Human Resources to ensure compliance with College policies, government regulations, labor-related financial matters, and risk management. Additionally, the VPF will provide leadership for both the budget and the compensation and benefits employee committees, playing a crucial role in financial decision-making and employee compensation strategies.The VPF will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budget planning, and ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support our client's strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive financial success and compliance within the organization. The VPF will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our client and ensuring that financial decisions align with the overall mission and objectives of the institution.
