
The Vice President of Finance and Administration at the client will play a key role in overseeing the financial management and administrative operations of the client. This individual will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the CSO's mission of uplifting, entertaining, and educating the diverse communities of the client and beyond. The VP of Finance and Administration will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as overseeing human resources, IT, and facilities management.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in nonprofit financial management and a passion for the arts. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of musicians, conductors, staff, and board members. The VP of Finance and Administration will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners, to support the CSO's financial sustainability and growth.
