
The Enrollment Management position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for recruitment, admissions, and retention initiatives. This includes overseeing the recruitment process, analyzing enrollment data and market trends, and managing the annual enrollment budget. The role also involves coordinating support for students throughout their academic journey, collaborating with faculty and staff to create a supportive learning environment, and overseeing student housing and food services to ensure a high-quality experience for all students.In addition to enrollment management, the position requires leadership and collaboration with the Dean of the Seminary, faculty, and staff to align academic programs with student needs. The role also involves financial management, including developing and managing a budget for enrollment and student success, as well as exploring innovative funding models to support student financial aid and scholarships. The position also requires a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, including evaluating and improving strategies based on data and feedback, exploring innovative technologies and approaches to enhance student engagement, and proactively addressing emerging challenges and opportunities in theological education.
