The client is seeking a Vice President of Compliance to oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program for a compounding pharmacy company. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel, the Vice President of Compliance will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and international regulations. This includes overseeing training programs for company employees and keeping the Board and its Committees informed on compliance matters.
The Vice President of Compliance will also be tasked with facilitating and participating in regulatory inspections and audits, as well as managing responses to inquiries and addressing any alleged violations.
